Delivery Options & Guidelines

Delivery timescales

As all beds are made to order, the delivery typical time is between 14-21 working days. If there are any changes, we will inform you.

 

Measure Twice & Measure Again!

Please measure your space before placing an order. Some of our special order headboards may not go up the stairs in some houses. 

Clear a Path for Your Delivery

Your delivery, unless selected to be taken to your room and assembled, will be left at your door step. Please clear the path of any objects when this is being taken inside.

Report Damaged Item

If you have received your items with any parts missing, please let us know right away and we will send out a replacement as soon as possible. In a case of damaged goods, these should be reported at the time of delivery. Please state the issue clearly on the delivery note by signing yourself and the delivery driver. Without notifying at the time of delivery, the courier will not accept the responsibility for any damage during transit.

Any damage not reported to us within 48 hours of you receiving the item cannot be processed. We will not be able to process a return or exchange after this point.

Cancellations & Exchanges

All items must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Photographic evidence may be required in order to replace damaged parts.

Special order headboard beds cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you wish to cancel your order and your order has been processed OR a delivery has been booked there will be a cancellation charge of up to £60.

Returns

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your goods.

If you wish to return an item, We can arrange a collection for you via our Furniture delivery team at a cost of £60 which will be deducted from your refund amount, alternatively you may organise to return the item yourself.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition, any goods which have been assembled can not be returned. Any goods that are not in their original packaging can not be returned.

Refunds will be issued within 21 days of receipt of goods.
